It’s been a while since I’ve offered up a cluster frame.
\nI made this frame with the beautiful St. Patty’s
\nkit from\u00a0Bibi’s Collection<\/strong><\/a>.
\nThis kit is absolutely AWW-dorable.
\nYou’ll want to get the kit, too. \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n

In the download is a PSP & PSD version.
\nBoth these files have an optional mask layer
\nwhich shows in my preview.
\nI also have included a .PNG file for those who
\nwould rather use that type of file.<\/p>\n
