I’ve decided to add these posts over here,
\nsince they tend to get referenced a LOT.
\nAnd I strongly feel that other designers & taggers
\nshould be allowed to have this information. -Magik 11\/05\/2019<\/em><\/p>\n

I’m not sure how to even begin this post.
\nI’m not one to post anything ‘drama’-related
\nor to post random ‘bitchiness’ or complain on my blog.
\nI try to stay ‘professional’ at all times,
\nregardless what it may pertain to.
\nIt’s how I am- how I’ve always been with anything I’ve done.<\/p>\n

However, I can say I’m a bit disappointed
\nthat someone had to take advantage of my kindness.
\nLikewise, I’m equally upset to see other designers
\ntaken advantage of as well.<\/p>\n

I was kind enough to make some of my PTU kits FTU
\nfor many of you to enjoy-
\nknowing that there are some people in the tagging community
\nthat simply cannot afford to buy new kits.
\nI also do what I can to try to make FTU sampler kits
\nat times for the same reason.
\nI honestly don’t mind doing this.
\nI love doing it if & when I can.<\/p>\n

BUT! It does piss me off when someone has to take
\nthings out of my kit to make their own kit-
\neither for a free kit or PTU kit.<\/p>\n

An example-
\nSomeone emailed me to download this person’s kit.
\nJenny’s Designz<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0is the designer of this kit.
\nThe email I got said I’d be surprised when I unzipped it.
\nThe ‘designer’ who made the kit decided to rip apart
\nmy Pink’d kit for her ‘Burlesque Gurl’ kit.<\/p>\n

Eight items from my kit are in her kit.
\nIn my screen shots of the kits side-by-side,
\nyou can see they’re the same- same size, same colour
\n& the\u00a0creation<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0date is the same.
\nHere’s the examples.<\/p>\n

In the examples above, My Pink’d kit is on
\nthe right, her Burlesque Gurl kit is on the left.
\nThe original date that I created my kit was back
\nin mid- June of 2012, which was posted on my old
\nblogger blog.
\n*I did not repost the initial kit release on this site blog.

And the date I made this FTU was 4\/19\/2019 @ 3:04 PM.
\nI had updated the preview in late March, but the
\nelements were made a year ago, when I originally created it.
\nHer kit was ‘made’ on Apr. 25 of this year,
\nby looking at the date of the preview.

On a side note, my kit was only updated to remove
\n10 elements that were not allowed for free kits.
\nIt is otherwise original. And like on the original preview
\n& on the updated one, it clearly states that the kit
\nis for Personal Use only.
\nThis is also stated clearly in my TOU which is
\nincluded in the zipfile of the kit.<\/p>\n

What bothers me most, is I paid for many of the
\nCommercial Use items I used in my kit-be it scripts,
\nelement packs, templates, etc… she did not-
\nat least not for the elements\u00a0she stole from my kit.<\/p>\n

I know other designers go through this as well.
\nIt bothers me people have to be dishonest like this. =\/
\nIt simply proves that the thieves who steal from others’
\nkits to make their own have no consideration for the money
\nwe paid for the items we put in our kits.
\nNor do they have consideration for the\u00a0time<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0we take
\nto create the kits we sell or offer free.<\/p>\n

Now I can only suggest that any designers,
\nCreative Team members for other designers, etc.
\nto pass this info on for others to download her kits
\n& see if she’s ripped others’ kits to make her own.
\nI’ve seen elements in another FTU kit of hers I decided
\nto download as well & the elements that are in that kit
\nwere originally created over 3 years ago.
\n… And my guess is she’s just transferring elements from
\nkits into her kits that she’s making.<\/p>\n

With that being said, I have another former PTU kit
\nI was going to post here as FTU as well as 2 FTU
\nsampler kits I was planning on posting soon as well…
\nBUT! I’m considering not doing this for a while.
\nI might just offer the downloads off my Facebook
\npage to my friends. I don’t want to do this-
\nas it seems unfair to ‘punish’ honest people
\nbecause of the wrong-doings of someone else.
