{"id":359,"date":"2013-08-20T00:06:10","date_gmt":"2013-08-20T05:06:10","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/manipulatedbymagik.x10host.com\/wp49\/?p=359"},"modified":"2021-03-19T18:58:15","modified_gmt":"2021-03-19T23:58:15","slug":"tou-update-on-my-kits","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/manipulatedbymagik.x10host.com\/wp49\/2013\/08\/20\/tou-update-on-my-kits\/","title":{"rendered":"TOU Update On My Kits"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Original Post Date- 8\/20\/13, 12:06 AM Central Standard Time<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>It has been announced as of late Sat. night<br \/>\nthat a certain CU designer has changed her<br \/>\nTOU and no longer allows cluster frames to<br \/>\nbe made with any of her CU items that any<br \/>\nof us designers use in our kits.<\/p>\n<p>Because of this, I had to change my TOU<br \/>\nfor my kits &amp; this change is effective as of now.<\/p>\n<p><u><strong>*EFFECTIVE 8-20-2013*<\/strong><\/u><br \/>\nCluster frames can NOT be made with ANY of<br \/>\nmy kits without written permission from me,<br \/>\nsince some CU designers do not allow cluster frames<br \/>\nto be made with their products.<\/p>\n<p><em>*Updated FTU kits can be used to make cluster frames.<br \/>\n-Magik 11\/06\/2019<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Please contact me before creating any clusters using<br \/>\nany of my PTU kits.
