Unless you’ve been living under a rock the past year,
\nyou are probably aware of 2 past issues I’ve had
\nwith\u00a0Jenny’s Designz<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0(aka Jenny Pierce)
\nripping from my FTU Pink’d kit to make kits of her own.<\/p>\n

The other night I found yet another (gasp!)
\nkit of hers where she ripped from my kit again.
\nAgain? you ask. Yes, again. *sigh*<\/p>\n

Now at first I thought maybe she just
\nmade the one kit FTU & posted on her blog.
\nNope. That isn’t the case. >.<<\/p>\n

The name of the first kit from Jenny was Burlesque Gurl.
\nThe second kit I found my items in was named
\nLinda’s Emo Music- a kit I had to BUY to see
\nif my items were in it like I’d seen on a CT tag.
\nMind, I was never reimbursed for that blastin’ kit.<\/p>\n

No, this third kit has a different name- Emo Bad Gurl,
\nwhich you can find in a list of links,\u00a0here<\/strong><\/a>.
\n(UPDATE- Jenny has removed the post &
\nher C-box from her blog).
\nI encourage you download the kit, open my Pink’d kit
\n& compare the items. Then, click on the properties of
\nthe similar items & look at the creation dates.
\nThe creation date is June 18, 2012 on both.<\/p>\n

When I made the Pink’d kit originally, it was on that date.
\nIt WAS a PTU kit & had gone into the ART store on
\n20, June 2012, as you can see on\u00a0this post<\/strong>.
\n*I have since unpublished posts on that blog due to pirating. -Magik
\n<\/em>
\nI made the kit FTU in Apr. of last year. See\u00a0here<\/strong>.
\n*Since my blog is closed, that FTU post
\nhas been reposted\u00a0here<\/strong><\/a>. -Magik 11\/06\/2019<\/em><\/p>\n

Now, on a side note, the creation date of her preview
\nfor this kit is \u200eThursday, \u200eMay \u200e02, \u200e2013…
\nso how in the HELL can she have items
\ndating back older than that creation date?<\/p>\n

You know what, while you’re looking at the
\nproperties of her elements, are you noticing
\nthat other items have an older creation date?
\nThis is because she is RIPPING everyone’s kits!!!<\/p>\n

At this point I can’t even say if I’m mad,
\nfrustrated, or what. I really don’t know.
\nBUT! I am considering making a tally on my blog
\nof just how many kits she’s made with items
\nfrom my Pink’d kit in it.
\nI swear she LOVES using that kit. =\/<\/p>\n

And I also know this- if she has downloaded
\nANY of my Commercial Use items from my blog,
\nher license to use them is REVOKED.
\nYes, Jenny that means you need to delete ANYTHING
\nyou have gotten from my blog.
\nYou do NOT have permission to use anything from me.
\nAT. ALL.<\/p>\n

Once a thief, always a thief.
\nAs for those of you who wish to
\ncontinue supporting her- just… why?<\/p>\n

And one last thing…
\nYes, I’m going to continue to watch her.
\nYes, I’ll keep calling her out on her ripping kits.
