And this time I’m not talking about Jenny.
\nAs much as I wish I was, sadly I’m not. =\/
\nI’d rather be making this post about Jenny-
\nnot someone I thought was a friend.<\/p>\n

The newest person I’ve discovered to
\nbe violating my TOU & ripping my kits
\nis Anna Collaco of\u00a0Anna’s Attic<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n

Anna was once on my Creative Team until she
\nwas let go a couple months ago for not advertising
\nlike she was supposed to be doing.
\nOther members have been advertising & we
\nall found out she wasn’t, so she was let go.
\nAnd now I discovered she was ripping kits
\nshe got from me while on my CT.
\nAnd even now, I’m not sure if she did it out
\nof spite or what?<\/p>\n

She was someone I had trusted &
\nas of Friday, I have found that she betrayed
\nany trust I had in her.<\/p>\n

So once again, I have to make a post like this,
\nto inform all of you to be wary of her kits,
\nto make sure she isn’t ripping from you.<\/p>\n

To keep this post from being too lengthy,
\nI’m going to present the proof here.
\nOther kits, etc. will go on a ‘Part Two’ post.;)<\/p>\n

And at the end of this post, I will have a freebie for you-
\na special one-of-a-kind kit I’d made
\njust for Anna that I’m giving to everyone
\nfor FREE!<\/p>\n

Now, keep in mind, Anna was on my CT at the time
\nof Jenny’s ripping of my Pink’d kit the first & second time
\nand all times since & she knew ripping kits was wrong.<\/p>\n

Last Friday I saw on my Facebook home page some
\nCommercial Use frames were newly avail. in
\na store Anna & I both sell in.
\nThese are frames that were made using my
\nCU Circle Frames<\/strong>.<\/a><\/p>\n

I knew these were my frames because of the
\nglass effect on them- Exhibit A- Anna’s CU Frames:<\/p>\n

You can see that the glass effect is the exact same
\non her frames & on my preview.
\nAlso note that my preview says Commercial Use.
\nIt does\u00a0NOT<\/strong>\u00a0say CU4CU which is how Anna
\nwas using them. And my TOU in the zipfile say
\nthey’re for CU for kits ONLY.<\/p>\n

For her frames she also used my CU glitter sheets.
\nThose I’m not too anal about how they’re used,
\nas long as no one resells them or claims them as theirs.<\/p>\n

How did I know Anna had these frames?

Since I saw those frames, my curiosity was piqued.
\nSo I went to the store & was looking through
\nher items in the store to see if she was selling
\nmore of my CU freebies.
\nI did not expect to come across a kit
\nwhere she ripped an element from my kit.<\/p>\n

This is the kit I saw- never mind she also
\nused my colour palette:

Look at the milk bottle on the right.
\nLook closely at the details of it-
\nthe glass effect, the text,
\neven the placement of that text.<\/p>\n

Now, last year, I made this kit:<\/p>\n

Now, the bottle doesn’t show in my preview,
\nbut it IS in my kit:<\/p>\n

I’m going to trust this not to be stolen,
\nsince this is posted for comparisons ONLY.
\nHere’s the bottle- Exhibit D:<\/p>\n

At one time I was a subscriber to Sugarbutt’s old blog.
\nShe regularly had limited-time freebies on her blog.
\nA Carnival-themed set was posted & I downloaded it.
\nAt the time, her items were CU\/CU4CU\/PU, etc.<\/p>\n

This set had a ‘cluster’ of these bottles in it,
\nas I’ll show you in one of folders I have of her items
\n(they’re the red ones btw):<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

When I made my Kurious Kitty kit, I extracted one
\nof those bottles from the rest. I then desaturated it
\n& made it white. Then I added a glass effect on it.
\nLast, I added my text to make it look like a milk bottle
\nbefore saving it in the kit. In other words, I modified it.
\nAnd if you see in the above pic, I made the extracted
\nbottle into a image file for my own future use,
\nsince I’m not a fan of tubing anything. LOL<\/p>\n

So how did Anna get the same<\/em> exact bottle
\nwith the same<\/em> exact glass effect & text?
\nShe’d made a tutorial with my kit last Dec.,
\nso she had the kit. Her tutorial is\u00a0here<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n

And on a side note, when I brought this up
\nto the store owner, I gave her my bottle file.
\nShe tried to ‘replicate’ it the best she could
\n& it wasn’t exact like Anna’s is.
\nProof that Anna clearly stole the bottle from my kit.<\/p>\n

Now, I have more stuff to post concerning
\nAnna, but I don’t want this post to be so long.

\nfor you. The kit was made for Anna as a gift.
\nIt was based on a document my CT members
\nfilled out, describing themselves or their likes.

\nI was going to change the name of the kit,
\nbut decided not to. I’d rather people be able to
\nassociate this kit with a thief & remember not to trust her.<\/p>\n
