First of all, for those of you who have
\ncommented on my Wall Of Shame page or posts,
\nthank you for reading, your positive messages
\n& passing the information along.
\nI sincerely appreciate your support. \"smile\"<\/p>\n

Last week I received a message in my
\nFacebook messages from a friend who alerted me
\nto a Russian site\/ blog who is sharing my FTU kits.
\nI don’t get on FB much these days,
\nso I didn’t see this message until earlier tonight.<\/p>\n

When I clicked the link provided,
\nI saw many of my FTU kits posted on this site
\n& items were posted individually out of their zipfiles
\nfor anyone to just save what they wanted. >.<<\/p>\n

Also, when looking to the left side of the page,
\nI saw there were links for other designers’ kits
\nbeing shared in the same manner as well. >.<<\/p>\n

You can see for yourselves by looking
\non my proof below.<\/p>\n

*Note: I am not including the web address to this site,
\nsince I know there ARE people who would go there
\nonly to ‘steal’ items for their own use & nothing more.<\/p>\n

Does seeing this piss me off? You Betcha! >.<<\/p>\n

Words cannot describe the rage I’m feeling right now.
\nAnd I’m not pissed just because they’re sharing my items,
\nI’m pissed because this person has NO regards to anyone
\nAt. All.
\n& in turn is f*cking others over as well. >.<<\/p>\n

Many of you who know me or have followed
\nmy blog, know I advocate for those who have been
\nripped off, pirated, etc.
\nSeeing this does not sit well with me at all.
\nMy ‘faith’ in the PSP community
\nhas been dangling by a very precious, fragile thread
\nas it is & that frayed thread is about to break.<\/p>\n

Unfortunately, at this time I won’t be offering
\nany more freebie kits. I’m very sorry to do this,
\nbut until I can figure out something I really have no choice.<\/p>\n

I love giving out kits & trying to make them reasonably
\nbig enough so a person can use them hopefully more
\nthan once or twice- since I know there are people
\nwho love tagging but can’t always afford to buy kits.
\nI enjoy giving back to the community
\nas much as I can, but when I have had my kits ripped
\nby three different so-called ‘designers’,
\nbeen screwed over by a few who were on my CT team
\nwho only was there to get kits & then not work them,
\nhaving tags ripped, etc. & now seeing this,
\nI seriously just want to throw in the towel & walk away.<\/p>\n

The only ‘positive’ thing I can see about this
\nis that thankfully it’s only my FTU kits this person
\nis sharing- to my knowledge, thus far.
\nBut again, it makes me reluctant to offer
\nany free kits when I know they’re getting shared illegally.
\nIt makes me feel bad for not wanting
\nto give kits to you guys.
\nI feel like I’m punishing those of you
\nwho are smart enough to abide
\nby a designers’ TOU & respect those TOU.<\/p>\n

For now going forth, I will only be offering
\nFTU cluster frames.
\nThey will have a TOU included with them.
\nAgain, I apologise, but this will have
\nto suffice until I can think of a way to
\nmake my FTU kits available without worrying
\nabout them being shared like this.<\/p>\n
