Freebie Cluster Frame- Spring Burst

Greetings, Darklings! I have a freebie for you. 🙂

While making a tag for my HIM page on Facebook, I managed to make a cluster frame using my Spring Burst kit from a couple years ago.

The frame is a PNG, so it should work in any program you use.
