Why Is the Tagging Community Rude?

Yes, it’s a valid question.
And I am so sick and tired of the rudeness
and entitlement from the Tagging/ PSP Community.

Why is it so freakin’ HARD for anyone to simply say
‘Thank you’ for freebie items one spent HOURS
putting together to give to you?
Why?

It only takes a handful of seconds to show gratitude
to someone who made a tag template, a mask, a kit
to offer for you to download and use… but saying
thank you is just too damn hard…? Seriously?
We are grown-ass adults, not small children.
Do you all take free samples of donuts, coffee, etc.
at physical stores and not say a word?
Where are your manners?

I see on my Ko-fi how many downloads I have on the
last three blog train kits I have there & on the latest one?
Not one thanks. At all.
BUT! I’m not just speaking for myself.
I also look at other blogs.
Only four blogs have people giving thanks.
That’s pretty shitty, if you ask me.
However, if some of us were to remove our
FTU kits, I can almost guarantee there’d be
some comments on how dare we not offer our freebie
kits to you or anyone else.
*stomps feet & pouts*

I try to encourage members of my forum
to leave a thank you for any materials we
download for our challenges. For the most part,
I think they all do… or at least make an effort to.
But seeing no thanks being given to many of
the other kit makers on this blog train and only
to a select few just disgusts me.
And you all wonder why I become more & more
disenchanted with the Tagging Community & keep
to myself.

And as I am posting this, yet another one
grabs my latest blog train kit without a Thank you
or even a f*ck you at this point. Just Wow.

Purchasing Kits @ Ko-fi

Hello again, Darklings!

After seeing ‘purchases’ of my FTU kits
at my Ko-fi shop lately, I decided to make
this post as ‘How- To’ guide, regardless
of grabbing the FTU kits or actually buying
one of my PTU kits… or both.

I have seen a lot of people grabbing all
the FTU kits… and on separate transactions
which is NOT necessary, esp. if grabbing
more than one kit at the time you’re
visiting my shop.

Doing this creates more emails for you
and more notifications for me.
Hopefully, this will help both of us. 😅

The screen grabs I will post will be
if you have a ko-fi account (supporter),
but even if you don’t, you should still
be able to add more than one kit in your cart.😉

*Please note- the screen shots I am using
are from my Manipulated By Magik account
& viewing purchases as well I had to create
a ‘supporter’ account to make some,
so the ‘light’ screen grabs are from my
‘Supporter’ account, while the darker ones
are from my MBM store account.

Assuming you created a Ko-fi supporter account,
after you’ve added everything you grabbed into
your shopping cart & made the purchase,
click the top right of your page:

Scroll down to ‘Payments & orders:

Next, click on ‘All’:

Now, click ‘Shop Orders (free)
(or Shop orders if you also bought a PTU kit):

Click View details:

Then click the View Content bar thingy:

You should have a download link:

Click save as:

If you only had one kit, you can now click close:

The following is if you have more than one kit,
including PTU kits:

Steps 1- 4:
Again, go to that top right corner.
Then the Payments & orders.
Then ‘All’.
Click on Shop orders (free) or Shop Orders.
Now click on View Details :


You should see a list somewhat like this:


Below that list, you should see ‘View content’
for each item:


Click on each, one at a time & click the download:

*If you have both PTU & FTU kits in your order,
they should all show up for you to download them.
I think will show in both the ‘Shop Orders’
or ‘Shop Orders (free) options.

who bought some kits & grabbed a freebie
*Yes, they bought $10 worth of kits:

It should be noted that if you have a Ko-fi account,
you should be able to access all previous purchases
if you need to re-download a kit, rather than re-buying
the kit, even if its only FTU kits. 😉
