It has been announced as of late Sat. night
that a certain CU designer has changed her
TOU and no longer allows cluster frames to
be made with any of her CU items that any
of us designers use in our kits.

Because of this, I had to change my TOU
for my kits & this change is effective as of now.

*EFFECTIVE 8-20-2013*
Cluster frames can NOT be made with ANY of
my kits without written permission from me,
since some CU designers do not allow cluster frames
to be made with their products.

*Updated FTU kits can be used to make cluster frames.

Please contact me before creating any clusters using
any of my PTU kits. Thank you. =)

This change to my TOU will be added in any new
kits that are released after today.
You can always refer to my TOU for
my kits on my page here.
That page will always be updated with
my latest TOU regarding my kits.;)

After much thought about my CU items,
I have decided that I will not (ever)
be trying to sell them. =)

There are a few factors in my decision:
1- People who are just starting out,
may not be able to afford to buy CU products.

2- I want to be able to provide something for those
who may only make kits on occasion for forum
challenges, etc. without them having to buy any
of my items they might like to use.

3- For me it would be too much of a hassle to add
them to any stores I may sell in.

So, with that being said, effective immediately
going forward, all my CU items
(excluding my PS styles & glitter sheets)
& future items I’ll be posting, credit to me
MUST be given in your TOU or credit document
that you put in your kits.
I think this is only fair since I’m
giving my items away for free use. 😉

I have updated all my TOU & made pages for each of them.
My CU TOU (excluding Styles) with the updated info,
can be found here, or by clicking the CU TOU tab
located over there on the left. 😉

I also have an updated TOU for the PS Styles posted as well.
At this time I’m not requiring credit on those. 😉

I hope you enjoy & can use the CU items
I have offered & will be offering.
Yes, I plan to have some more CU
goodies coming soon. =P

And years later, I still think it’s good for you all to know

I have a couple former PTU kits I’ve made FTU recently…
and I have a couple more I’ll be posting in the coming weeks. 🙂

First of all, I’m doing this for a few reasons-
the main reason being that I know there are taggers out there
who are not able to buy kits right now for whatever reason(s) and I thought my pulling some of my kits from the stores and offering them here to give them to those who enjoy tagging would be a way of giving to the tagging community.

Now, thank you to LadyDragus asking about the following:
I thought I should clarify about these kits-
IF you have bought the kit in the past, you are still able to use that kit. You don’t have to update it or anything like that. 🙂

I only have to update the ones I’m offering for free due to TOU of some designers of a few items used in the kits. However, if you want to download the free kit also, you are more than welcome to do so. 😉

In some cases there will be elements that might be changed so they can be free kits. You are more than welcome to download these kits
& add those replaced elements to the kit you bought. I don’t see that being a problem at this time.
